The only way to guarantee that your fire door will perform correctly in the event of a fire is to use an installer with a UKAS 3rd Party Accreditation such as BM Trada Q-Mark.
All of our fire doors are installed with BM Trada Q-Mark plugs or labels that can be traced back to Freebird. In order to maintain our accreditation, we are subject to regular audits of our work and our records. We are accountable to BM Trada so it is in our best interests to ensure that all of our work is compliant and that we have the evidence to prove it if required.
